Originally from Atlanta, Lily graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science. After college, Lily became an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and began working as a Physical Therapy Aide while training private clients on the side. Influenced by her 10 years of Pilates experience, her programs focused on creating toned, lean muscles, increasing core strength, and helping to correct posture and problematic movement patterns. Wanting to learn even more about the therapeutic side of exercise, she was inspired to pursue her Pilates mat and reformer certifications. It is then that she truly began to understand her own body's misalignment and the process of correcting it. With the help of Live Well Chiropractic and the Pilates method, she is now on the road to a healthy and balanced body.
